About Me
My entire career has been spent in industry within the finance and accounting realm. My career started in 1985 and has included exposure to implementing SFASs; business and financial analysis; mergers and acquisitions; designing and implementing financial systems; and regulatory reporting. Currently, I am in charge of the corporate finance and accounting function for a public U.S. corporation.
Born in 1962, I was in the last group of baby boomers. I am married to a wonderful lady and we have two children. My other passion is Alabama Crimson Tide football. Check out my BamaFootball4Life site.

I was reading through your site and I have to admit it is very good. I was interested though in your graham number. How do you calculate it? Is is sqrt(22x TTM EPS x book value)?

Anon: I have not spent any time looking at preferred stock dividends, though some acquaintances have encouraged me to look at preferred REITs.
