		<description>The past 10 years has been a lost decade for stock market investors, just like the 70&#039;s, which preceded 2 decades that brought the greatest bull markets in the history of the US stock market. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;The funny (sad) thing is people who were invested in the S&amp;P 500 outperformed 50% of all other investors and greater then 50% of those holding actively managed mutual funds.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;One must be careful doing the kind of analysis you did, even though yours didn&#039;t prove your theory, as hindsight is 20/20 and massaging a strategy to fit ones endgame is dangerous.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Cheers.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Ethan</description>
