KJ: I'll have to pass on that. My 2 massive spreadsheets contain my entire financial existence - From my 401(k) to my brokerage accounts and bank accounts, including passwords, PINs, and every transaction in each. What most people do in Quicken or MS Money, I do in these spreadsheets.

Best Wishes,
D4L

I understand the situation with the template. I do not suppose you want to share your 2 massive spreadsheets?

KJ: Unfortunately, the template is embedded in one of the two massive spreadsheets I use to track my finances. It is so interlinked that it would require a great deal of work unwind it and make a usable worksheet.

Best Wishes,
D4L

Hello D4L

Can you publish the template you use for doing the PDF for each stock you review? I find the 1 pagers amazing and would love to make something that like on a yearly basis for the stocks I hold and track! I imagine it is all in Excel and the graphics are updated as data ia added :D

Cory: The $154 was annual dividend income from GE. I do invest in individual REIT stocks. I currently hold NNN, HCP and O.

Best Wishes,
D4L

Thanks for the update.

To be clear, you only had $154 worth of GE shares, therefore the loss of $154.

On a totally unrelated topic, do you have an older post describing why you do not invest in individual REITs? I see you have REIT ETFs but no individual REITs.

Jae: I did sell GE right after the announcement. A good thing too, it continued to fall.

14 out of 15 is still very impressive.
Did you end up selling GE?
