		<description>I am not sure increased housing starts is a good sign.  it may have to do with the bailout from taxpayers.  I am pretty sure some ended up with homebuilders, and all they know what to do with money is build homes.  If we have too much supply already this would indicate more troubles ahead, right?

I like the home improvement stores though because if people are buying foreclosed properties, I would assume they need some fixing up and are going to go to DIY stores.</description>
