		<description>Bob: When I originally built my fair value model virtually all stocks were under-priced, so I took a conservative approach. As the market rose the conservative approach then said everything was overvalued. The current approach is focusing more on the NPV MMA Diff., wich is more attuned to the company&#039;s dividend fundamentals.
